One Control Chamaeleo Tail 5-Loop Pedal MKIII

It is pointless to have a switcher that takes up space to improve the usability and operability of your effect board. The
Chamaeleo Tail Loop MkIII is a 5-program loop switcher with 4 series loops, 1 separate loop, tuner out/mute switch, and power supply in a small and lightweight body. Equipped with

6 DC OUT, it can power up to 6 effectors. It can drive 5 pedals and 1 tuner simultaneously. It is now equipped with a new display and can store up to 50 programs (10 banks x 5 programs). Bank switching is done with one foot switch, but you can limit the number of banks used, so you can use only the number of programs you need according to your environment. It
also has a master bypass function that can be turned on/off. When set to ON, you can bypass the entire program by pressing the selected program switch.

    ● Program mode and direct mode

Chamaeleo Tail Loop MKIII has program mode and direct mode.
Program mode and direct mode can be switched by pressing and holding the BANK switch for more than 2 seconds. You can instantly check the sound or turn individual pedals on/off at any time. When you enter direct mode from a program, the current program's ON/OFF settings will remain in direct mode. Operations in direct mode are not saved in the program. In other words, you can use direct mode when you want to temporarily switch ON/OFF within a preset.

    Cycle-selectable bank select

To make operation as simple as possible, you can switch banks using the BANK foot switch on the far right. Pressing the BANK foot switch increases the bank number by one, and when it reaches the maximum, it cycles back to the minimum bank. You can limit the banks that can be used.

    ● Lock switch

Enter Direct Mode and use the L1 and L2 buttons to set the minimum and maximum bank values to be used. Use the L2 button (START BANK) to set the minimum bank value to be used, and the L1 button (END BANK) to set the maximum value. The maximum value will always be greater than the minimum value. When setting END BANK, a dot will appear in the bottom right of the display, letting you know at a glance which setting you are using.

    ● Series loop and separate loop

A series loop is a series connection of multiple effect loops. This can shorten the signal path, but it can only be used in series.
Chamaeleo Tail Loop MKIII is equipped with a separate loop in addition to the four series loops. Since the separate loop operates as an independent loop, you can connect an effect before the amplifier and in the loop, or before the input buffer, and even connect effects on completely separate paths such as another part. These can be controlled by a program all at once, allowing for flexible operation.

    ● Master Bypass

When Master Bypass is ON, pressing the currently selected PGM switch will bypass the entire switcher. Master Bypass can be set by connecting power while pressing the BANK footswitch.

    ● Mute switch

Equipped with an independent MUTE/TUNER OUT switch that is convenient for use on stage. Mutes the output and simultaneously outputs a signal from the TUNER OUT. Not only can it be used for tuning or muting during MCs, but it can also be used to quickly mute the unit in case of sudden trouble.

    ● BJF BUFFER

The input section of Chamaeleo Tail Loop MkIII is equipped with BJF BUFFER. You can also use the buffer separately. By using the BUF OUT terminal, BUF IN-buffer-BUF OUT are independent from the main unit. For example, you can use it as an output buffer by connecting a cable to BUF IN after the output and connecting BUF OUT to an amplifier.

BJF BUFFER is an overwhelmingly natural buffer that overturns the image of many "buffers".

・Set the gain to exactly 1.
・Do not change the sound with the input impedance.
・Do not make the output too strong.
    ・Minimize noise to the utmost.
・Make sure the sound does not deteriorate when overloaded.

BJF BUFFER, which met BJF's particular conditions for a buffer, is helping guitar signals at the feet of many professionals around the world.
