    All shipping charges are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. The delivery rate shown at checkout is based on your order value, delivery destination and whether the order contains bulky items.

    Australia-wide delivery

    Standard delivery rates within Australia are:

    • Orders up to $94.99: $12.50

    • Orders from $95 to $249.99: $18.50

    • Orders from $250 to $349.99: $25

    • Orders of $350 or more: Complimentary standard shipping

    Hot Apple will select the most suitable tracked delivery service for your order. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days following dispatch, depending on location. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.

    Bulky items

    Selected bulky and oversized products attract a separate $49 Australia-wide freight charge and do not qualify for complimentary shipping.

    Bulky freight may apply to products such as large instrument cases, cello and double-bass cases, drum and hardware cases, drum kits and other oversized items. The applicable freight charge will be displayed at checkout.

    When an order contains products with different shipping requirements, the applicable delivery charges may be combined at checkout.

    New Zealand delivery

    Standard delivery rates to New Zealand are:

    • Orders up to $199.99: $29

    • Orders from $200 to $499.99: $49

    • Orders from $500 to $999.99: $69

    • Orders of $1,000 or more: $99

    Selected bulky and oversized products attract a separate $249 New Zealand freight charge. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout.

    Hot Apple will select the most suitable tracked international delivery service for your order. Delivery generally takes 5–15 business days following dispatch, depending on the service and destination. Customs processing and regional delivery may extend these timeframes.

    Any import taxes, duties, customs charges or other fees not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

    Dealer collection

    Free collection through a participating local dealer may be available within Australia by prior arrangement. Availability depends on the product and location.

    Dispatch and tracking

    Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared. During busy periods, public holidays or major stock arrivals, dispatch may take a little longer.

    Tracking details will be provided when available. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
