Effects Bakery is taking on one of the most legendary overdrive sounds ever baked into the guitar world!

The Strawberry Jam Pan OD Limited Edition is our tiny and delicious tribute to the famous “Centaur” style overdrive loved by guitarists for decades. Thick mids, transparent sparkle, touch-sensitive dynamics, and that magical feeling of your amp suddenly sounding bigger, richer, and more alive — all packed into our compact mini-pedal format.

This special recipe was carefully developed using a silver 1990s-era Centaur-style pedal as the tonal reference. Compared to the earliest versions, this style has a slightly thicker midrange and a smoother, more controllable overdrive flavor that works beautifully as both a clean boost and a standalone drive pedal.

But shrinking a legendary circuit into a tiny bakery-sized enclosure is not as easy as simply making everything smaller!

To fit the Effects Bakery mini format, we redesigned the internal layout and carefully adjusted component values over and over until the tone felt just right. We wanted the same chewy mids, open clarity, and three-dimensional texture players love from the original legendary pedal — even when pushing into richer gain settings.

And of course… the secret ingredient matters! 

The clipping section of the Strawberry Jam Pan OD Limited Edition uses real vintage germanium diodes. These special vintage parts help create the soft texture, sweet harmonics, and natural response that make this pedal feel alive under your fingers. Once our supply of these vintage diodes is gone, production of this limited edition pedal will end forever.

The final result is a wonderfully balanced overdrive that boosts your guitar’s important midrange without losing clarity or sparkle. It stays articulate and dynamic even with higher gain settings, and responds beautifully to your picking touch and your guitar’s volume knob.

Unlike many original Centaur-style pedals, the Strawberry Jam Pan OD Limited Edition uses true bypass switching. The original buffered bypass design has its own famous thick character, but modern players often prefer a cleaner and more natural bypass sound. We chose true bypass so this little strawberry treat slips easily into any modern pedalboard setup.

🎛️ CONTROLS:

OUTPUT:
Adjusts the overall output level of the pedal. Turn it up to push your amplifier into extra tasty saturation!

TREBLE:
Controls the high-frequency sparkle and brightness of your tone. Add shimmer or smooth things out depending on your amplifier and pickups.

GAIN:
Adjusts the amount of overdrive. Just like the legendary original inspiration, clean signal is automatically blended with the driven tone to keep your sound clear, punchy, and dynamic.

POWER REQUIREMENTS:

The Strawberry Jam Pan OD Limited Edition runs on a standard 9V DC center-negative power supply. Battery operation is not supported.

Please use only a regulated 9V DC adapter. Higher voltage supplies may damage the pedal.
